While Luis de La Tota invites professional flamencos from other communities to perform and give workshops-

Maria Bermudez ‘La Cha Cha’ (Los Angeles, Jerez Spain)

Mitsue ‘La Pura’ & Mark Ferguson (Portland, OR)

Luis and La Ishi also invite students of the school to perform pieces that they have been working on onstage. In the video below watch Christina and La Ishi dance an Alegrias that Ishi taught this past year. The whole stage is filled with students that have been working on this palo with Luis--HP on Cajon, Joel on guitar.  The singer is none other than the director of our School, Luis, while guitarist Mark Ferguson, who gave workshops that weekend, lends a helping hand.
